MARCH MADNESS BRACKET WORKOUT

PYRAMID STYLE

Perform each exercise for the designated repetitions as you work your way down the list and then back up.  This is a great full body strength and cardio workout that you can enjoy throughout the tournament.  You need little to no space and no equipment!

64 – Jumping Jacks

32 – Squat to calf raise

16 – Pushups

8 – Hip Bridge Raises

4 – Plank Position Up – Downs

2 – Compass Jumps

1 - Burpee
