- Tours of the Resort
Tours are available at 12:30pm, Monday - Saturday. For the privacy of our guests, we cannot accommodate tours at any other time. To sign-up for a tour of our property, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our seven night all-inclusive program runs Sunday to Sunday. The program provides overnight accommodations, all meals, exercise programs, nutrition and education classes. Each day includes six hours of exercise classes with our certified professional trainers. Smoking, alcohol and caffeine are not permitted during the week.
Reservation Deposit & Balance
A 10% per week non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

Multi-week Rate Policy

Reservation Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel or reschedule within two weeks of your arrival date, we will hold your balance as a credit on file for a future stay for a period of one year, and a $300 per week rescheduling fee will be applied. As a resort policy, we do not accept cancellations via email. You are required to call the Reservations Team at (888) 945-6737 to request a cancellation or reschedule of your stay.
Credit Card Policy
With valid photo ID, all major credit cards will be accepted (American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover). To use a debit card at registration, please note that your bank will withhold the amount of the room per night from your account — even if you do not use that card as payment at check-out.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Incidentals will be charged nightly as authorizations to the credit card on file.
We request that guests refrain from wearing pool attire in the main lodge area. Also, shoes and shirts are required in our dining rooms.
Please be advised that our Biggest Loser Program is a package price and payment of the entire week will be required after Wednesday plus taxes will apply to all early departures.
We will be delighted to accommodate early arrival registration, based upon availability.
We are delighted to honor valid unexpired Gift Certificates based on availability; however, black out dates may apply.
Please be advised that Gift Certificates are only valid for the dates listed and cannot be extended past their expiration date.
We request that you provide us with Gift Certificate information when booking a reservation. Also, Gift Certificates must be present during redemption and cannot be replaced.
A valid government or state issued ID is required for registration. The guest who reserved the stay under their name must be present at the time of check-in.
We will be pleased to accommodate late check-outs based upon availability. However, please note that a full day rate will be charged to all guests who check-out after 12:00 PM hotel time.
There is a package handling fee for all outbound packages. Items received by the hotel must be in a mailable package with postage and all items over 2lbs will have a $5 per package handling fee.
Swimming is permitted in our indoor pool and outdoor pool during open pool times. Please be advised that there are no lifeguards on duty — so guests swim at their own risk.
Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult; diapered children must be in swim diapers, and children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the whirlpools. Also, please do not take food or glassware into the pool areas or outside bonfire area. For the safety of our guests, our resort adheres to a No Diving Policy.
Purchase orders are accepted for contracted Government Groups and Education Groups only, with no exceptions allowed.
Please be advised that all public areas, guest rooms, guest room balconies, poolside and restaurants are non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in the room or on the room's balcony, a $300 cleaning fee/penalty/charge will be applied per incident.
Spa & Salon Services Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your spa appointment with less that 12 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the spa service/treatment. If you provide more than 12 hours notice, you will avoid being charged. To reschedule or cancel a spa appointment, please contact the spa directly.
Our resorts do not accommodate pets. If you are attending with a documented service animal, you are required to communicate this to our Reservations Team at the time of booking to ensure proper preparations can be made.
No Smoking Policy
The Biggest Loser Resorts are proud to offer smoke-free guest rooms and facilities. Smoking anywhere on the premises and in the guest rooms is strictly prohibited. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who is found in violation of this policy in their guest room.
