Dining is a special experience at Beaver Hollow, and one of the many aspects that set us apart from other IACC Conference Centers. With three indoor dining areas, two lakeside pavilions, fireside cocktail receptions and poolside reception areas, no meal is ever like another. Our staff of talented chefs are ready and willing to create any menu you would like from an elegant food and wine pairing to an authentic BBQ by the lake. Our food is homemade, our ingredients are fresh and we will work with you to prepare a dining experience unique to retreat centers.
We offer a Complete Meeting Package which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as continuous breaks throughout the day, held at our IACC Conference Centers multiple meeting locations.
Our breakfast buffet includes:

- fresh fruit

- french toast with real maple syrup
Our lunch buffet includes:
- choice of two different hot entrees
- fresh vegetables

Your morning and afternoon breaks are available all day long and consist of a combination of fresh baked treats, fresh fruit and assorted beverages.
Dinner is a special treat at Beaver Hollow and your guests will enjoy the wide variety of selections available to make their evening a very special event. Our Executive Chef will welcome your group and introduce the evening's selections. We offer great food, great service and flexible menus. We can accommodate any dietary request.
