Common FAQs
What is the dress code?
The usual dress code is business casual. Make sure to pack a sweater or sweatshirt and comfortable shoes or sneakers so you can enjoy many of our recreational activities and nightly bonfire.

Is there an iron and hairdryer in the guest room?
Yes, an iron, ironing board and hair dryer is in every guest room.

Is there internet access in the guest room? Cable television?
Yes, every guest room has complimentary high-speed internet access. Our Main Lodge and Meeting Rooms also have wireless capabilities. We offer cable television with over 100 channels to choose from.

Is there cell phone service?
Yes, there are many spots on the property where cell service is strong. We recommend updating your cell phone signal before leaving home. For Verizon users press *228 while you are still in your home area.

Are there vegetarian options at meals?
Yes, every meal offers vegetarian options. If you have special dietary requests please advise your group contact who will then advise our Conference Coordinators.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
Yes, transportation can be pre-arranged through your group’s Conference Coordinator. The closest airport is the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport which is a 40 minute drive.

Is there a golf course nearby?
Yes, the Byrncliff Golf Course is a championship golf course located just 10 minutes from Beaver Hollow. Your Conference Coordinator can coordinate tee times and transportation.

What is the smallest group or largest group you can accommodate?
We have had groups as small as 5 people to as large as 300 people. We can accommodate 155 guests overnight and can arrange for overflow guests to stay at nearby hotels.

Are there winter activities?
Yes, we are open year-round and have many winter sport activities including snow shoeing, cross country skiing, tobogganing and ice skating. We can arrange transportation to nearby ski resorts.
